Alex Studio Service Terms

This Agreement outlines the relationship between Alex Studio (“the Studio, ” “we, ” or “our”) and the client (“you” or “your”). By using our professional photography services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Account Management & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. All activities performed under your user profile are your legal responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access or a security breach, you must notify the Studio immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All visual content and materials produced during your sessions are the exclusive property of Alex Studio.

• Copyright: The Studio retains full legal ownership and copyright of all photographs.
• Personal Use: You are granted a limited license for private use, including personal printing and social media.
• Commercial Use: Any use of these images for business, marketing, or profit-generating activities is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.

3. Conduct & Prohibited Actions

Services must be used for lawful purposes only. We strictly prohibit any behavior that:

• Interferes with the functionality or performance of our systems.
• Involves harassment, abusive behavior, or the distribution of illegal content.
• Violates local, state, or federal regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alex Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the scope of the services provided.

5. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to deny service or revoke access to our platforms at our sole discretion. This typically occurs in cases of policy violations or breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.

7. Changes to the Agreement

The Studio may update these terms at any time. We will post any modifications on this page. By continuing to use our services after updates are published, you agree to follow the revised Agreement.
