Thank you for choosing Alex Studio. My goal is to create beautiful photographs and videos while providing a professional, enjoyable, and transparent experience for every client.

By booking, attending, or using any photography or videography services provided by Alex Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Account & Gallery Access

If you receive access to a private gallery, client portal, or other online services provided by the Studio, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

If you believe your account or gallery access has been compromised, please contact the Studio as soon as possible.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Ownership

All photographs, videos, and related materials created by Alex Studio remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of the Studio.

Personal Use

Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered images and videos for personal purposes, including:

• Printing
• Sharing with family and friends
• Posting on personal social media accounts

Commercial Use

Commercial, promotional, advertising, editorial, resale, or business-related use requires prior written permission from Alex Studio.

Creative Style

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and appreciate the Studio’s artistic style, editing approach, color grading, composition, and overall creative direction.

While inspiration images and references are welcome, final photographs and videos will reflect the Studio’s individual creative interpretation and may differ from examples found on social media, Pinterest, blogs, or other photographers’ portfolios.

Creative decisions regarding posing, lighting, composition, editing, retouching, cropping, and final image selection remain part of the Studio’s professional process.

Delivery of Photos & Videos

The Studio carefully reviews all captured content and selects the strongest images and videos for editing and delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• RAW files are not included
• Unedited files are not included
• Duplicate, test, or technically unsuitable images may not be delivered

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to workload, travel schedules, holidays, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to deliver your gallery as promptly as possible.

Additional Participants

The Studio is happy to photograph individuals discussed prior to the session.

If additional participants join unexpectedly, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate them when possible. However, requests that significantly affect timing, workflow, safety, or the planned creative direction may not be accommodated.

Client Responsibilities

To help achieve the best possible results, clients are responsible for:

• Arriving on time
• Preparing outfits, makeup, props, locations, permits, and permissions when required
• Communicating important requests and expectations before the session begins

The Studio cannot guarantee specific outcomes when circumstances outside reasonable control affect the session, including weather conditions, venue restrictions, traffic delays, lighting limitations, wardrobe issues, or uncooperative participants.

Professional Environment

Alex Studio is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and professional environment for all participants.

The Studio reserves the right to pause or end a session if behavior becomes unsafe, abusive, threatening, excessively disruptive, or otherwise prevents services from being provided professionally.

Payments, Cancellations & Additional Editing

Session fees, retainers, and deposits reserve your scheduled date and time.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

Because photography and videography involve artistic interpretation, refunds are generally not provided solely due to personal preferences regarding editing style, posing, expressions, weather conditions, or creative decisions consistent with the Studio’s portfolio.

Additional editing requests, advanced retouching, or substantial style modifications may be available for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability

Every reasonable effort is made to protect client content and provide reliable services.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, file corruption, illness, emergencies, acts of nature, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, the Studio’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected services.

Refusal of Service

Alex Studio reserves the right to decline, cancel, or terminate services in cases involving:

• Violations of these Terms
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Fraudulent activity
• Safety concerns
• Non-payment

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from the use of Studio services shall be handled within the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.

Acceptance

By booking, attending, participating in, purchasing, downloading, sharing, printing, or otherwise using services or materials provided by Alex Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
